All Conference Breakfast and AwardsDr. Anita Rieder Annual Giving Officer, The Rotary International Foundation will team up with Apoorva Mallya MBA, CPA, who is a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team for the Global Health Program at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, to discuss the November, 2007 Rotary International announcement of a partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that will inject a much-needed US $200 million into the global campaign to eradicate polio. The Rotary International Foundation has received a $100 million Gates Foundation grant which Rotary will raise funds to match, dollar for dollar, over three years.
